Many of the apps we’ll cover in this review are for one person only. Others allow you to share lists and delegate tasks with others. Which do you need? Many people prefer to use two different apps, one for personal use (which other members of the team can’t mess up), and one for shared tasks and projects.
To do list apps tend to fall into two categories: the complex and the minimalist. Things is somehow both.
Again, the benefit here is using the backbone of the Reminders integrations. The input of the tasks from Drafts to Reminders is simple; the syntax that GoodTask uses to parse subtasks and tags allows for even better integration when using GoodTask as the manager. There are also numerous other possibilities for task entry. Users of Fantastical are able to use NLP to send tasks into Reminders, which in turn would show up in GoodTask. I can use Siri to add a simple task. I could use Workflow to create a task from the widget or the watch. I can use the Share Sheet to select Reminders, and input a task in that way. There are a ton of ways to enter my tasks.

When you create a Smart List, select the words or features you want it to filter for, and the list will automatically add any tasks that fit those criteria.

Nevertheless, after some research and trial and error, I managed to put together a script that, when triggered (via a keyboard shortcut or click on the service menu) creates an entry in Reminders and sets a remind me date based on user input. It also flags the email in Mail. When running against an email whose subject matches an existing reminder, it asks if it should mark the reminder as complete and if so, does it and also unflags the email in Mail. #7. Evernote Other Apps We Considered Sharing is also extremely simple in Reminders because it’s handled via iCloud. If you have a Family Sharing account, a central list between your family members is created automatically. You can also share a list with any iCloud account as well by simply typing in their iCloud account on the share sheet. In my experience, it’s very reliable. Quick Actions page is now inside detail page of a task. Swipe and on left side, Quick Actions are shown. You can now add unlimited Quick Actions.
