The only problem I used to have is audio would die whenever I mess with browser plugins (disabling that WebRTC feature that leaks your internal IP for privacy, and some other Googlyeish feature).

I'm not very happy with the constant pop ups when ever there's a meeting going on because I don't always attend every meeting. I'd like the ability to turn that off. Also, it's very fickle when it decides that I'm unavailable. I'm not sure why it says very randomly that I'm unavailable even though I'm at my computer. (I should have googled first, asked second) The Plus plan (which begins at $2.50 per user per month) lets you do everything that's available in the Free plan plus users are able to share screens and take control of one another's desktops. Although the Plus plan also allows for only two people per meeting, it provides for better IT oversight by delivering usage reports, management data, and active directory integration. The Plus plan provides up to 1 GB of storage capacity per user for saved chats session logs.
