This looks promising, i will look forward to the windows version, but the MacOSX as a first supported platform seems a bit odd, I used to think most DBA worked under Windows/Linux. SequelPro gives me the possibility of admin my MySQL databases in one place. I don't need to look for the web manager URL or the console access anymore.
This may be a little controversial, but I think Windows users are more accustomed to less-than-stellar UIs, and are probably less likely to pay $49 for a better UI when they already have something that they're familiar with and works.

I frequently repeat the same tasks, including dumping an export from one database and importing it to another on a different machine. This is still a very manual process in Sequel Pro, and it would be nice to have a sync feature.
We access our database using this tool. We access local, dev, production database. Production and Test database are accessed using SSH. We connect to bastion servers using our ssh keys directly through this tool. Hence, we do not have to create a tunnel to connect to bastion servers for this.
I use it in each and every project that I working on to perform any database related operation. I use it to find out meaningful information from the huge database of my company
CSV files can be imported into existing tables or new tables can be created. SQLPro can determine table structures based on CSV contents and conveniently perform the import.
