Like other reviewers, I have a bunch on M$ Exchange in my backups that I could no longer access or search through. I found PST Bridge to be a solid mac app to import these multi GB psts and be able to export them into a format (MBox) that Apple’s Mail app can import & use. The $12 export wizard does this well. I can’t speak to the other in app option. Here's how I solved my particular issue of getting from these huge to individual 1) In PST Bridge, find target pst, drag into pst bridge. It imports & indexes the pst. 2)In PST Bridge, Click export wizard, export to a specific folder. This creates a series of MBox elders roughly corresponding to the exchange pst structure. 3) In Apple’s Mail app, Import that specific folder into mail File/Import Mailbox/Select Import Files in Mbox format. This creates an “On My Mac” folder, again, roughly corresponding to the exchange pst structure. 4) Open Email Archiver Pro (a separate fantastic app), tweak the settings to export into the final target e-mail folder, and start. This will take awhile, but it creates of every e-mail, with a name of “YYYY-MMM-DD Subject line of message” and puts any attachments in folders with that name. These are sorted into year/month subdirectories like 2016/05/2016-05-19-12.47.01Z Here’s that cat The Email Archiver Pro app also creates an “Email Archiver File ” file of all e-mails.
