Step 2. Alice's Tor Browser picks a random path through Tor network to the destination server (Bob). All connections inside Tor network are encrypted (green [3]). In this example, the last connection is not-encrypted (red [2]). The last connection would be encrypted if Alice were visiting an website.

3.3 How to reconfigure access to the Tor network
This package has no dependencies.
Tips for the app with default uninstall utility:
Drag the TorBrowser icon to your Applications folder to install it. To run Tor, simply open your Applications folder, find the icon, and double-click it to run the app. You’ll likely be asked if you really want to open the app the first time you run it. Just click the “Open” button and the Tor Browser will load.

Once installed, click the Proxy SwitchySharp icon (which looks like a grey globe) and select Options.

On my computer, the Network Location for Tor is the default, and I almost never change it away from that. I also set up the TorBrowser to open when I log in to my computer. (For obvious reasons, when the Network Location is set to use Tor but Tor isn’t running, it’s as if I have no internet connection available.) This means I now tunnel all my traffic through Tor by default.
