Action 1: Simple download to the local mac (source can be SecuritySpy or a specified URL)
The ideal setting is to have a key frame every 2-3 seconds or so. For example, if the video stream frame rate is 10, then a good key frame rate to use is around 20-30.

MPEG-4 - this is more space-efficient codec than JPEG, but uses much more of the Mac's CPU time to process, and has been superseded by H.264.
