I've been using TunnelBear for just over a year now and the only downside to it is the speed. Granted I ONLY use it for torrents. I'm not sure why everyone else isn't able to use it for downloading torrents, but it's worked like a charm so far. No letters from ISP, no throttling. I just set the downloads and overnight it works its magic. In fact, I'm downloading Infinity War right now.
There is no option for live chat support, but that does not seem to be too concerning as the email support was very responsive. Additionally, it appears that TunnelBear handles all support with in-house professionals (no third-party support in the Philippines).
Finally, some advice for everyone:
It would probably be better if TunnelBear replaced the “no logging” statements with “no activity logs” or something similar, which would be more accurate and align with their policies.

TunnelBear is a virtual private network (VPN) app that provides Mac users a free version with the option to pay for more bandwidth.
