For most Mac users, removing an installed program on their computers is just a piece of cake, because they only need to drag the program file to the trash, but there is a neglected big problem in this part which often creates some troubles for the people, which is the leftovers issue; besides the application itself, there are many additional files stored in the computer and usually skipped by the program removing process. In order uninstall WindowSwitcher 1.5 and other programs accurately and thoroughly, you should take a note about the following removal steps and tips.
I love all of the advanced functionality hidden just beneath OSX's user-friendly veneer. Sadly, it's been one of the first casualties in the post-Jobs Apple. Every new release of OSX along with Apple's own apps, the first thing I check is holding down the alt/option key while clicking the various menu items to see what nuggets of alternate functionality appear. Every day, every release - less and less, if any at all. So sad.

Kawa workarounded this bug by programmatically doing the followings:

Consider having Xcode on monitor 1 and Terminal (window A) on monitor 2 and (window B) on monitor 2; focus is on Terminal window B

From comments, that will disable the ability to move the menu bar & dock to each screen on an ad-hoc basis, though - which may be best asked as a separate question requesting a possible 3rd party solution, as I know of no way to do that natively.
Hide the window with Alt + Space or Esc
Comes natively with macOS and I started to love using it for exploring and searching through Wikipedia.
